Kornylak's patented hysteresis Palletflo wheels and rail systems will work with almost all commercial grade wooden pallets available on your gravity conveyors and storage racks. In fact, Palletflo works with wooden pallets that have bottom deck boards crosswise to the direction of the flow or with surface irregularities such as warped and broken bottom boards. The Kornylak Corporation can test your pallet or pallets to determine the best rail solution for you free of charge. All of the pallets pictured here, including special types, have been successfully tested and approved to work with Palletflo gravity conveyors by the Kornylak Corporation.

Hysteresis Palletflo gravity conveyors that are built into your storage racks will save you money in many ways. Palletflo eliminates the costs of captive or special pallets, of transferring the load from a captive to a shipping pallet and the subsequent cost of recycling the captive pallet.
